This morning his Grace did another lordly visit to our house

a cat sitting under a chair; there is a white string to one side and he has a paw raised to try and catch it. The scene is quite dark, lit from the side where the string is coming from.

A white and gray cat who had climbed to about human-torso level on a palm tree and is now jumping down from it over an unsuspecting prey.

The same cat on the ground, flattened down and ready to pounce, looking with extreme interest at something that is daring to move. There is a small hole in the dry earth that he dug himself to hide in (it doesn't hide him at all).

The same cat, now lying down exausted on one side, grabbing his prey (a white string) with his front paws: if it doesn't move there will be no need for him to move either, and that's exactly the situation he wants everything to be
