I've started a new #sewing project and it's sewn by machine!
which means that I've spent the afternoon handsewing buttonholes, because of course buttonholes are sewn by hand :D
it's my take on the corset cover from archive.org/details/americansy… , for which I've seen other blog posts that gave completely different results, so I wanted to make another one for myself to post my method.

E quindi ho passato il pomeriggio a cucire occhielli a mano, perché ovviamente gli occhielli si fanno a mano :D
È la mia versione del copricorsetto di archive.org/details/americansy… per cui ho visto dei post su blog che davano dei risultati totalmente diversi, quindi volevo farmene un'altro per pubblicare il mio metodo.

but also, this is technically underwear, and from a 1909 book, quite into sewing machine age, and I'm doing this to write instructions and I want to write instructions for doing this on the sewing machine.

ma anche, questa è tecnicamente biancheria, e arriva da un libro del 1909, ampiamente nell'era delle macchine da cucire, e lo sto facendo per scrivere istruzioni e voglio scrivere istruzioni per farlo a macchina.
