One of my favourite thrifting finds was a bunch of vintage glass-headed pins still in their paper packaging. :JustRight:

@laumapret I've not often even seen pins that have plastic heads, it's more the norm to have them be glass as far as I've seen, but... These are just Clover Quilting Pins, they're a bit thinner and longer than normal ones and have pretty coloured clear glass ends. Also made in Japan, so pretty good quality in general!
I got them in just a regular sewing notions shop!

Mine are all plastic or metal. I want some glass ones, will check out.

@Lauma Pret 🕸️ @Sini Tuulia here in Italy I've routinely found the Prym ones in the tiny haberdashery section of the supermarket

the plastic-headed ones are significantly rarer, the choice usually is between glass head and just metal with a tiny head
