It's quite remarkable how few Terry Pratchett novels I have read. I've read slightly more than a handful, and half of them have been the wrong priority. It's one of the things I need to fix in my life.

I came across 6-8 hard-covers of his in excellent condition for free, so I snapped them up with the same intention as you. That was over 5 years ago.
I've read none of them.
The fact is, I stopped reading fiction for pleasure years ago and I don't think that will change back anytime soon.

but… you don't read Pratchett for fun, you read him for the deep philosophical reflections on the nature of humanity!

(that, and because it's fun. ok, mostly because it's fun, but the reflections *are* there, and they are quite good)

I think it's more related to fiction in general. I eschew movies in favour of documentaries for e.g.
I read a *lot*, but it's mostly for information or to learn new things.
Or to chit-chat with you guys! :-)
