Congratulations! A very long road, a very complicated subject.

I've always liked Isaac Asimov's story "Galley Slave", triggered (as I recall) by him having to proof the galleys for his books.

They want to read it before upgrading one of their servers.

I think the cover must have been inspired by somebody trying to get their emails reliably delivered to Office365.

(Then I think about the whole sending paper across an ocean and receiving parcels from outside the EU and I stop being sorry)
