Occasionally I give Pippin cat responsibility to run the house.

It’s great!

Sure it’s true that absolutely nothing gets done… but I get a big old break, and can rest easy knowing that none of this mess is my fault.

@Tom Roberts “nothing gets done” sounds like a pretty good result when the cat has responsibility to run the house, I can think of many worse scenarios :D
