this is one of those hobbies i am interested in but, like analog photography, i file under "must wait until i have a house with 10 more rooms than the house i have now"
have you heard of backstrap looms? they roll up in a neat bundle of sticks when not in use.
(disclaimer, I don't live in a house with 10+rooms (or a wide basement/garage for hobbies), but not even in a tiny apartment where even a bundle of sticks takes precious space)
