Oh, nice, it was a while since I last saw the bathtub full of blood when taking a shower as if I had just killed somebody :D

(for people who are wondering what the relation with the covid vaccine is: apparently one of its side effects can be heavier bleeding during the next menstruation. to levels that are not dangerous, but with embarrassing potential)

(maybe me trying to avoid changing my pad because “I'm going to have a shower in one hour and it would be a waste, surely this one can take a little bit more” didn't help :D )

(please don't suggest reusable solutions: I know about them, I use the ones I can, but they don't work as a complete solution for me, even if they allowed me to go down to less than half, sometimes even a third, of the pads I used to use per month)
