@Walter Tross @Schroedinger Engineers don't do Maths, they calculate

edit: while doing engineering. I'm sure that there exist some engineer somewhere who proved a theorem or ten in their spare time or something.

OK, I see what you mean. Maybe it's me, not being a native English speaker, who doesn't know the exact meaning of "doing maths" (or "math", in the USA)

@Walter Tross @Schroedinger I'm not a native English speaker either, so maybe it was me using as literal translation of my native language that isn't the standard English usage :)

@valhalla @waltertross They use maths.

They don't do academic maths. But in the context, they use the maths that was taught in school
