Alcohol might work, haven't got any acetone. Frankly not that worried, it comes out eventually (I've done this before - so you'd think I'd have learnt to wear latex gloves, but noooo that would be sensible)

Afaik it's incurable, but it's mostly an aesthetic issue anyway, and it's strongly correlated with creativity :D
