If your #cfp doesn't plainly state if your event ( and speaker requirements ) is in person ( including city ), virtual or hybrid I'm probably not going to spend more than a minute trying to figure it out
Please also include expected time zone and offset from UTC :)

For instance, SeaGL's home is Seattle, WA, USA, so I want to know it's in PT ( Pacific Time ) and UTC-7
No idea if other TZs also have a PT, hence also UTC
You're right, UTC is sufficient, but I like to know actual TZ as well for those places that do the daylight savings time dance
