I'm never sure which of my many waves of interest will stick but I've been watching videos about book binding and other paper folding with the idea that it could make a relaxing, useful, and non-digital hobby during van travel.
Ido Agassi makes it look mellow and simple but that's probably from years of experience.

I really enjoyed the class I took in it. The notebook I made is still my primary shop notebook, so it's been worth it if only for that!

@Trevor Flowers I've periodically dabbled with it and getting to the stage of making something usable was pretty easy

now, perfection requires lifelong experience (and a couple of big-ish tools), but that will / can come later (or not: I don't have either and I still have fun from time to time making some book).
