The ginger sir Kerv last night, multiple hours before he decided to get possessed with Ceaseless Crimes and kept me up until about five in the morning. 😆

He fills most of the frame with his fluffy striped fur, though the focus is on his little pink nose, loosely curled up paws, and eyes just barely not quite closed. If he had any black in his coat, he'd be wearing a striking and stylised mask around his eyes, nose and cheeks... As it is he is deceptively non-criminal looking. Just a sweet little angel, not at all filled with crimes, little freckles on his nose! He is on a colourful, rumpled quilt, the tip of his fluffy brush of tail just barely in frame.

The thing about Karvinen is that I love him and he's a lot of work. He's very clever and will often just humour me when I ask him to do something, and knows multiple words and commands and gestures... But then he decides he wants to nap right on top of my chest and tramples on my sore tiddies and I try to move him away, and he's like "Bitch. I absolutely WILL sleep on your chest whether you want it or not, I must be next to your face" and then gets upset and cranky when I don't let him, and uses all of that clever to be insufferable instead. 🙃

"Mother. I seem to remember that last summer you were annoyed that I climbed into the sink to mess with the mug water. I shall now do it at three in the morning, to express my emotions."

Oy did that to Boomer last night! She was in front of the couch, and kitten locked eyes with Wife then reached out and open-paw slapped Boo right in the face.

Sure, I can't turn the automatic sharpening off and it will probably be a bit weird on very low light images... But wow will it need to get dark before that
