Lamenting thus I open another tab, and lo! My favourite actual play horror podcast has uploaded another hour long episode! A cornerstone of my chores completion, something to listen to while I do something boring.

The two forces that struggle within me are that ironing isn't terrible and I kind of like it but it's boring and takes a long time. But ironed linen is also the nicest possible feeling textile and sensation against my skin, and crisp linen wears for so many more days than cotton, so it saves effort and energy in the end... But only if I do the ironing!

@mycrowgirl They're so much nicer when ironed. So much nicer. Than heck they're not very large or complex in shape, but it's still a bit tedious!

@Sini Tuulia OTOH, ironing is pretty suitable for listening and even watching things at the same time

and it's also good for making listening to certain things more tolerable (don't ask me how I know and what long, boring, phone call I had to go through today :D )
