Currently vaporware, but as written, pretty cool.

Project is run by the same guy who any month now is finally going to deliver an EOMA68 to me.

Still vaporware, but now it's OpenPower vaporware.

EOMA68 had another story in December 2020 where he's *almost* ready to deliver, it's just that this guy quit and some boards turned out not good etc. Meanwhile the product page says orders placed now will ship two months ago.

@Ade Malsasa Akbar It has been "almost shipping, any month now" for years.

According to the December update they ordered a batch of 100 cards, 2 to be shipped to the lead guy in UK, 5 to be shipped to a guy at ThinkPenguin.

I'm waiting too. I appreciate doing things right, but it's getting a bit absurd. i held a working prototype in my hands. I thought that it was pretty sorted out. I was wrong.

I've seen the guy in person, from pretty close, at a FOSDEM talk, so I can confirm that he exists.

He is… enthusiastic. very enthusiastic.

And the ideas he's working on are pretty good.

I'm just not going to give him my money anymore.

(I was lucky, the EOMA68 thing I paid for was the KDE tablet, for which I got a refund.)
